The Prog For Peart festival site at Abingdon United football ground (see contact page for address and map) will be accessible to everyone with camping tickets from 3pm on Thursday 17th July and the bar will open at 4pm. We are delighted to announce that the excellent Hats Off Gentlemen It's Adequate has agreed to perform a set in the bar on Thursday from 8pm. We hope a couple of other musicians might join in too. We have retained the services of the new top class professional catering company who went down an absolute storm in 2024. Barry & Jojo will be on site all through the festival and once again will be setting a varied menu for us to cover all tastes and will be available for breakfasts through 'til late evening. They will open for business from 4pm on Thursday 17th July.

Friday 18th July 2025
Friday is the first official live music day with seven acts on throughout the day. The first band will be live on stage from Midday. There will be access to the site from 11am to all persons arriving that day and from 9-30am to those arriving intending to camp. Barry & Jojo's our new catering company will be providing breakfasts & a range of food from 7-30am and will run throughout the day from that point. Campers will have access to the shower facilities from 7am until 10am. Because these are the same facilities that all the artists will be using as dressing rooms and the green room, we must close them at 10am to enable us to clean and prepare for the artists arriving from 10-30am.
PLEASE NOTE GENTS TO USE HOME & AWAY DRESSING ROOMS/SHOWERS & LADIES TO USE OFFICIALS ROOMS/SHOWERS
First band will commence their set at Midday. We intend to have around a 1 hour break at about 6pm so everyone can be fed and that technical staff can have a break. This also allows us to catch up any time we might have lost during the previous 6hrs. Live music curfew is midnight but the bars will remain open later.

Saturday is the second official day of Prog For Peart 2025. People arriving to camp for just the Saturday night will be able to gain access to the site from 9-30am as will returning day or weekend ticket holders staying off-site in hotels etc. As with the previous day the showers will be open from 7-00am until 10am when we will once again have to close them to prep for the artists arriving from 10-30am since these facilities become the dressing rooms & green room area.

Sunday 20th July
Sunday morning will see the showers open at 7-00am again and run through until half an hour later than previous days at 10-30am. Caterers will still be on site and will be serving food from 7-30am. There is no rush to get off site, take your time. The crew will be working to de-rig the festival so you will be able to sit indoor or out in the beer gardens as weather and your preference takes you.
We request that all campers have packed away their tents by 3pm if you are leaving. You do not have to leave the site. If anyone wishes to stay an extra night, please get in contact directly via this site and we can arrange that at NO COST.
